
Bay was invited to chair Global Robot Expo 2022, Europe’s leading trade fair for 4.0 industry, A.I. and robotics. Held on Nov 30 – Dec 1 in Madrid, the fair also showcased new metaverse innovation for industry. Bay officially opened the fair, as well as chaired the presentations and discussion on the mainstage of the event.

Esen is the founding CEO of Essential Evolutions, which operates in the field of Artificial Intelligence. She is also the founder of Metaverse HUB, which operates in the field of Metaverse, and InfiniTech, which produces in the field of Bio-Science. She is the owner, content producer and Anchorwoman of the Metaverse Realm program on Bloomberg HT. Esen received the Business Woman Leader of the Year award in 2021 and Technology and Metaverse Leader of the Year award in 2022.

Ognen Basarovski is responsible for business promotion and development in Central Europe for Qualcomm, the world’s largest provider of wireless chips, software solutions and technologies for wireless communication.
Ognen supports international companies in the design of products, solutions and technologies in the field of connectivity and the industrial Internet of Things. He has a degree in Electronic and Telecommunications Engineering and has held positions at international companies such as Kyocera, Renesas, and Qualcomm.

David Reger – NEURA ROBOTICS
Cognitive robots – the new era of true collaboration between human and machine
David Reger has made it his mission to revolutionize the world of robotics. As founder and CEO of NEURA Robotics he develops intelligent robot assistants to enable true collaboration between humans and machines. As both a Senator of the German Economy and a Senator of the European Senate for Economy and Technology, he advises decision-makers in politics and business, promoting an ecological and social market economy.

Agustín Pozo – NOKIA

Robert Cheek – HYUNDAI MOTOR SECURITIES
HOW AERIAL ROBOTICS IS CREATING, DISRUPTING, AND TRANSFORMING INDUSTRIES
Robert Cheek, know to many as Robb the Robot Guy, is the robotics analyst for Hyundai Motor Investment and Securities, the investment-banking arm of the Hyundai Motor Group. In this role, Robert recommends robotics companies and related technologies for investment or partnership by internal and external clients. Robert also serves as an advisor to several robotics companies in the US, South Korea, and Germany.
Prior to joining Hyundai, Robert served as the director of business development for Yujin Robot’s Innovation Lab where he spearheaded the GoCart project, one of the world’s first AMRs (autonomous mobile robots). The success of the technologies created at the Innovation Lab resulted in a EUR50mn investment by the German consumer electronics company Miele.

He is a frequent lecturer on innovation and intelligent systems, with a focus on Human Robot Interaction.


Niels Cornelis J.J. Eldering – ESA

Cornelis Eldering (Niels) is Head of Office within the Commercialisation Department at the European Space Agency. Together with his team, he is responsible for ESA’s Business Incubation Centres (ESA BICs), the ESA ΦLab network, the ESA Technology Transfer Brokers network and ESA’s Partnership Initiatives for Commercialisation (EPIC).
ESA currently has 25 Business Incubation Centers (ESA BICs) whose primary aim is to provide support to entrepreneurs who wish to exploit space-based solutions. Niels holds a Master of Science in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management (RSM) and has received the RSM Distinguished Alumni Award for Senior Leader due to his efforts in creating benefits for society by engaging business and education with space technology.

Although living more than 20 years outside of Spain, Victor describes himself as a “nerdy Computer Science Engineer” from the Complutense University of Madrid Escuela Superior de Informática (E.S.I.)
Working with Hyperscalers (Azure, AWS…) and diverse partners in delivering real business results through technology, Victor believes in creative thinking, imaginative solutions and customer co-creation, bringing creativity in fun ways by using gamification, sensors and LEGO.
