Bay spoke with Blockster reporter Jess Declercq on Vueltta’s new installation for Metaverse Fashion Week 2023.

Bay founded Vueltta in early 2022 with designer Adrián Martínez. The art collective creates immersive experiences in the Decentraland metaverse. Vueltta uses these art installations and interactive technologies to explore how shared virtual experience will shape society and identity.

The collective launched their first installation at Metaverse Art Week 2022, bringing a 400 BC labyrinth into the metaverse. Vueltta went on to debut the first ever performance art piece in the metaverse at Miami Art Week, December 2022. 

“Dear Vivienne” is Vueltta’s upcoming installation for Metaverse Fashion Week. It is an immersive experience that also doubles as a code-breaking game, which as Blockster explains, allows “attendees to engage with and celebrate the iconic British designer’s life and work in a unique and exciting way.”
